Wall your capitals. Move infantry from Indonesia and Malaya to Siam use them to hold India. You might want to play PD or IMP. Move the rest from Jawa and Borneo towards Australia, use them to defend and take an exploit an opportunity only if there are no enemy units big enough to kill you nearby.

I suggest first of all walling all capitals, then high-production cities in Burma and Java which you know might be hit.
Also don't waste reinforcements in cities unless you know the enemy(Aussie or India) is going to attack or a new turn of reinforcements is about to start.
From there use the reinforcements from Malaya, Singapore and maybe Sumatra to support you in Burma if India is attacking, otherwise the units from Sumatra can be of good help against Australia in Java and other parts of Indonesia.

Also suggested to not waste all reinforcements in Java and Borneo first turn, if you know Aussie is going to strike something like Sulawesi or Nusa you should use Transports to send your units there, just one successful defensive battle can win you the war against Aussie, or at least make them much less bothersome.

For India you should hold them off until Japan kills China, if you destroy a large Indian force in a battle you can try invading India, but keep in mind doing so might cause all your units to die as India is horribly hard to invade due to the crazy reinforcements it houses.

Don't go hunting against good Australia or you'll be stuck with your inf in Australia mainland while he takes your cities.

Make sure you get a Germany who can actually kill UK. There, problem solved:P

Siam is tailor-made for IMP. IMP gives great range for infs which is plus. All you have to do is stack burma cap in north and stack some more in east to defend Australia. Remember to wall all cities in java as they have high reinforcements. wall all caps and if possible go for some islands east of Australia that are owned by free france and is usually overlooked. If you get them you can keep australia busy. so just spam infs and defend until japan kills china(usually by turn 9-13) and your job is done.
