Hey look at this. This data predicts 70% of the change in the stock market's 10-year return.
Fewer retail investors are joining the market, and more are starting to leave. Most leave within a 90-day window. This will only start to get worse. But who knows. I think we've hit a trough on that Chart and it's really gonna starting showing soon. Everyone's saying that the market will have yet another run towards the end of the year and in the beginning of 2022. I haven't met anyone who doesn't think that. And it's obvious if you look at the historical data, other things, and psychology and combine them. But prices aren't autocorrelated, right? Well, we'll see what happens. The new paradigm is upon us, right? These are unprecedented times and a lot of conditions we used to think in one way are requiring us to think of them in other ways. Liquidity and marketability. Jobs. Things. Federal Reserve. What do you think? I think we're fucked.
