No not radical Islam. No not Donald Trump. Our best and brightest, the leaders of tomorrow are more than willing to sign away their most basic rights just to feel more tolerant and progressive. Makes me seriously fear for this country's future. What does the rest of the world think?

We're losing the war against political correctness. Just last week I read an article about a college that will no longer commemorate the victims of 9/11 out of fear of offending Muslim students.

The greatest threat to america is itself. For all that it once made will come to pass as history in ruin like all empires before and the prosperity cycle will continue. Birth, survival, rise, golden age, corruption, fall, rebirth. Look in the past of our world it happens to all empires. The end goal is prosperity and abundance once achieved civilization falls apart in corruption and laziness.

Putin is the biggest threat to America, American dream and American way of life. If no Putin, America wouldn't have so much debt, or homeless people. Or Texas separatists, or Mexican immigrants, or black ghettos, million-members gangs, or mafia, corporate crime.

Wow ex-mod changing quote to suit his reply. Such trolling. Must be american.

It means i make fun of American media when they blame Putin and constantly repeating 'Putin's Russia' like he's dictator or something. In American media it is rarely shown internal problems of the country, but only foreign success like military or political and how Russia invade neighbors while people are oppressed.

It became pretty comical and obvious so i am just having a good time smiling at it, nothing else.

Nope, you just need to get good test scores. And it helps if you are a minority (except Asian in which case you are screwed)

College campuses have become more places of indoctrination (students learn how to be professional victims) and less places of learning.

The source is very poor journalism. It doesn't show what was written on the petition. It doesn't give number asked v number signed. That's why I stay away from Fox; they care more about pushing their agenda than legitimate reporting.

That being said, I'm not surprised that many people sign away rights in favor of temporary safety. Its' happened many times in American history. People who are scared never think logically.

1) Confinement and disarming of Native Americans (post-congressional award of citizenship).
2) Internment of Japanese citizens after Pearl Harbor attack.
3) Arrest of Communists during the Cold War.
4) Patriot Act-like laws after 9/11.

Now, we have people like Trump who want to deport people over religious beliefs. Right now its Muslims. 100 years ago, they tried to do it to Catholics.
After the Oklahoma City bombing, people wanted to crack down on private militias. They were fearful of the right-wing terrorists like we are afraid of Muslim terrorists now.

Lesson is, if you give into fear and suspend your rights, you will regret it in the long run. Protect the rights of those who disagree with you as you would protect your own.

Prove it.

http://www.cnsnews.com/blog/mairead-mcardle/umn-student-government-votes-down-resolution-recognize-americans-killed-911

Link above is outdated as it says how the university would not commemorate. From what I have read, the administration has now decided to go against the (idiotic) students who voted no and will still be commemorating the tragedy and the victims who died. You're welcome to google this yourself- you obviously have access to the intenret.
