This guide shows the chance of winning battles vs neutrals if you send X amount of units. Expanding efficiently is one of the steepest learning curve in atwar so use this to learn how many units to send in your expansion. All of this is assuming your units have 5 crits. Result may change slightly if you have more or less crit so adjust accordingly.
How much you send is vertical axis.
Expanding vs militia using 4 attack unit (infantry).

You have to record/take pictures of the rolls in details so we get the full picture of what's going on. (take picture of each roll independently not the final results of the battles)

Look I made an updated one only for you 5 mins ago.
sent 1 more infantry than the militia in each city, except gdansk (1 inf there), gen in slovakia like on the previous pictures, and still PD (yes, tried disabling and enabling pd at default strat, tried changing it multiple times or 0 times at start, no effect so far)
and by the way, i get different kind of bugs with every strat, for example sky menace bombers also roll 1-2 90% instead of 1-8

As you may know by now Dr. Prof. Pavle the Greatest Atwar Player in Existence, Breaker of Chains, Father of Noobs, imp rolls are quite similar to my PD. This is because of the fact my infantry rolls 1-2 90% of the time and i cannot crit higher than 5 or 6. This makes my rolls very similar to imp, which has 3 attack inf, but I barely roll 3, you know.
It could be important to note as well that my LB rolls are the best so far but still having 80-85% win rate despite of claimed to be 99.999% on paper. If we go further with the idea that I roll only 1 and 2, thus crit only 5 and 6, you can calculate that i have about 80% success with militia+1 inf. And I can confirm this as I play atwar for 8 years, Pavle.
Also me and Jugers are on the opinion that Dave modified our rolls on purpose and this is not a bug since we are the only 2 players on atWar having this, I find it impossible to be an unintended bug. For this reason I'm not going to report it, it would make no sense. Already told to Mecoy and Croat though.
