Messages to Clan Members

I think in 2017 there should already be an option for clan leaders ( and maybe officers) to have a button they could press to send a designated message to all clan members, or why not also just to officers? Would simplify clan management in my opinion.
Games like TribalWars and others, who have this option, such option proves to be very worthy when preparing for clan wars (there) and would contribute massively for example to the competitives if they wanted to just quickly send the same information to all its clanmates.

Of course, you can go around that by having external ways of communication like IRC, but having this on AtWar would benefit clan structures, just saying.

Just create a clan forum post and mark as important, then if the clan member is really that interested they will see the message.

Not every clan is like SP Police where members check every post and upvote it no matter what.
