Player info by clicking on their name on the chat

Cannot see the players' info when i click on their names in the chat window. Sometimes it works but most of the time it says: javascript=void(0) in my browser

Then that means they're not online( present in-) the HTML5 version. However, they are online on SL.

I checked throughout the forum before posting, if it is there, i dont see it, sry.
Do you mean I need to report bugs in a specific thread? If yes pls tell which one in the "before posting" thread or make a thread to clarify bug reporting procedure.
