Chatting in chrome and firefox error

There is no way to type in chrome and in firefox i cannot send the chat message.

Hmm, I am using Chrome and I dont have any problem with any chat.
Is your network connection working properly whole the time?
Because when there is problem with connection, it wont show anything you type

May be you was playing in full screen mode.
