More Zero SP

Again, I created a new scenario and it shows zero SP multiplier. I'm not a farmer and I don't play RP; all I wanted to do is create scenarios off of existing maps and that's two times I've gotten zero SP. Right before this starting happening I had just paid the $39 for premium so obviously I am not happy with this at all. Here's a screenshot:

Can this please get fixed or can I get a refund?
