Im having lost of issues

For one...Whenever I send messages they are never sent. I'm constantly getting kicked off (I go to look at maps and stuff and instantly it just freezes up and then boom "Unable to connect, Try again"
I'm sure the disconnecting issue is probably my internet but the application also freezes up when I attempt to log in and it just says "authenticating" and then it never does anything.
Any help is welcome and thanks
