Bomber spam issue (Generic forum "complaint" post)

This game to me is one of my favorite strategy games. You play against players on a world map, what could be better?
But it seems in every game the battles boil down to who has more bombers and most concentrated. I have yet to master such a playstyle, l probably never will. Is this all AtWar is at turn 7-10 -> the rest of the game? From what l can see, yes. There are players who don't do this and those games are always the most enjoyable and balanced.

This for me is no fun.

l don't really have a suggestion on how to fix this problem. But maybe increase cost, less damage? less defence? Or maybe l shoud stop complaining. l will try but this is the one big flaw l see with atwar.

Stack infantry instead of tanks. Don't play RA cuz infantry defence sucks. Play PD/NC/Imp/whatever you feel like except Blitz. Problem solved. You can stack more infantry than they can bombers.
Infantry defence=6
Bomber attack=6
Infantry cost=70
Bomber cost=180

Blitzkreig is a pretty good counter to sky menace

Stop with the premium shit dude, you're ruining the game. I cant play scenarios anymore its fucking shit. I use to love this game. I have to fucking pay to play a private game with my friends. You guys ruined the game. Please consider making some of the settings free and scenarios free. Make its a great game again. Thanks

You're acting like this same stuff used to be free. It was always premium and will always remain premium. It's not fair to the people who've already shelled out $40 for these features and it's not fair to the admins either.

Just create a normal game with your friends with 'allow joining until turn' set to turn zero, and kick all other players you don't want. Simple. Easy.
And by scenarios I'm going to take a stab in the dark and assume you mean RP.

I don't want everything to be free , It would be great if some of the scenario maps didn't require premium. I love this game truly but if you need premium for all the awesome stuff its just not worth it.

Infantry defence=6
Bomber attack=6
Infantry cost=70
Bomber cost=180

The issue isn't the strategy or anyone's plays it's just that the entire game is unit spam after round ~10

Simple: don't play 50k or 25k games.... it's not our fault that you only play such high starting fund games.

If you prefer ignoring my suggestion, you'll keep seeing complete spamings of expensive units. The only way to counter that is by walling, playing stealth strategies, setting up traps, indirect attacks, etc. All of which require some skills, thoughts, preparation, etc.

Either change your games or face them with some logic, gl out there!

If you still insist on playing high fund games, buy Anti-Air: Ground Special Defence. It's useless against land and sea units, but OP against air units. They're also expensive, but since it's 50k, 180-280 cost is chump change to you

The main problem about those is that he would need to invest much SP to simply buy a unit only useful against bombers, not very essential, specially at his level.

I remember the good old days when i got rolled by bombers + tanks/ air trans wombo combo. Infantry is the true counter to anything below 15k. Anything above 15k you shouldnt be playing anyways.
