[INACTIVE] Flash Tournaments

Hey guys.

Yesterday I had a tournament bug and started a quick tournaments with the premise that it had to be finished in the same day or at least in the same weekend they started. Being 1v1 in nature makes it a whole lot easier to schedule and get players, so I didn't have any trouble in that regard: there was a very good attendance and I saw that many who played enjoyed the idea (I'll be experimenting with the format in the next editions).

The tournaments will vary in tournament format (brackets and shit) and in game format (maps, starting money, cities, etc).

* Since I forgot to add the third place option, I had Laochra and egg123 play for third place. Laochra won.
