Yes this bug is very old I remember having 1 transport on Paris

I believe this has something to do with trying to move your unit at the very last second in a turn or after the turn has ended and it still registers and goes wherever you place it regardless whether or not it actually should be able to.

I doubt it. This is from a casual game. It was near the endgame, so there were lots of moves. Maybe that's one of the reasons...
