This is a very common issue.
Try refreshing again, or change your browser. Also, if you are on Incognito mode, most likely plugins will be disabled, including Silverlight.
You can also try clearing your cache, updating Silverlight, and checking your Silverlight version. atWar needs Silverlight 4 or higher.
