What's with the Desert Storm stats?

Do helicopters have -1 defense against Bombers and Stealth Bombers?

Yes.

You should have posted this in questions.

Why is there an extra +1 in between the two stats?

Also, why is the +1 even there? Just like other strategies, the original stats changed to -1 defense (similar to how when you select the Perfect Defense strategy from that menu, it shows +2 defense in cities instead of a +1 somewhere else). I realize in PD's case it's a defense boost to a defense boost, whereas Desert Storm is a defense boost to a defense decrease, but it'd be easier to read.
