I have a question: What does the new upgrades (aircommander, groundtransport...) mean? And how can I use thme (I take upgrade aircommander, but I cant use it). Thank you, Bluecher2

just hold on you are general in games you will see list of all upgrades you have unlocked.If you unlock aircommander and groundtransport iam sure you can use them,groundtransport and aircommander you unlock that units in custom maps.
it depends of custom maps many of them dont have air units or ground transport.

Ok. first off all these are the new upgrades with a short description:

Ground Transport (1575 SP) - you can transport units on the ground (like a bus)

Naval Secondary Attack (8550 SP) - a second unit besides battleship, just a bit weaker and cheaper

Naval Commander (13500 SP) - a general which supports naval units. usually through +1 defence to all units in the stack

Air Commander (13500 SP) - a general which supports air units. usually through +1 defence to all units in the stack

Ground Commander (13500 SP) - a general which supports ground units. usually through +1 defence to all units in the stack

Air Secondary Attack (16650 SP) - something like bombers just weaker and cheaper



all these upgrades are new units and are only available if the game creator included them into his game. So if you have the upgrade, but the game doesn't support this unit you can't use it.

I've actually just enabled all these unit types by default for everybody. Seems like there's not much point making them into upgrades. Anyone who already bought any of these please tell and I'll refund them for you. Sorry for all the confusion. You can now freely use them in your custom maps without the need for others players to unlock them.

you know that every rank 9+ has probably bought them already and rank 8 maybe have bought 1-2 of them in average. So there are many people to refund this. Wouldn't it be easier to let them select all upgrades again?

I have to agree with this; although I haven't gotten the commander upgrades, I and quite a few other rank 8s and 9s had bought the lucky upgrades before crits were nerfed. It would be extremely useful to spend that 30-40k elsewhere. Perhaps after all the upgrades for atWar are set in stone, you can let people rebuy again?

Ok, I guess I'll just bulk-refund all of these upgrades for everybody.
