Blitz range is radical, also the idea of using a different strategy once accustomed to bllitz is radical for many low-mid ranks, from a low/mid rank clan leader perspective it doesn't help low/mid ranks learn the game properly and they rely too much on its op range. This means that for a lot of players, once they hit rank 5/6, stick with blitz until they reach rank 8/9, then not really learning how to play any other way. I was one of them I should also point out.

Not "try".... Play.

Not "No longer"... Because when new players comes, they won't had any experience on it.

And thanks for pointing out that players buys prem for general and not for strategies.

@Those who thinks strategies are Pay-For-Win: Choose one, I'll beat it with PD on any part of the default map with standard settings.

If you already know this isn't a pay for win game, then why would you like to change the current status of blitz to a premuim status? Wouldn't that make the game more "pay to win" since it's such a basic strategy?

What I meant is that since they no longer would have the hability to try blitz once it's premuim, new players would totally ignore it, just as they already ignore every other premuim strategy.

That's not the strategy's fault. It's RP and world game's fault, but basically RP I'd say. These games are heavily favoured by blitz strategy as you might already know and people that start to play AW tend to try those usually and stick to them. RP has no other alternative to blitz really. World games do have but what do you expect from a newbie? They will clearly have a better chance with blitz rather than with SM or MoS, lightly harder to play strategies but equally strong or effective.

I think General is. But I need to deal with it, general will never return.

How exactly one strategy buy you victories? Don't say it is "op" cause if it was it would had been nerfed.... (remember lao thread right? and what happened there...)

As admins says, premium contents just bring you a new way to play. And this is true to everything except gen.

Yeah, I agree. Gen is actually a pay to win feature. But let's not make more features like this right? Blitz is somehow a basic strategy for newbies, taking it away from them would make it much harder for them, thus making it even more of a pay to win game. I personally don't think it will make it harder for them, but that's just my opinion. There are other strategies that are also easy to use, and doesn't have Blitz drawbacks. Actually, it would be useful if players are forced from the start to play a specialized strategy rather than a generalized one.

Ok, I cannot be against this suggestion, it isn't a bad idea. I feel that making blitz more expensive than / as expensive as all infantry upgrades would do some justice since both are at the same level of popularity / importance.
