Montergro can't get premium?

Im from the uk but i have a friend from that country want to make him officer soon, but he ccan't get premium... please do something about it?

As I stated many times, we have no control over which countries are supported by ZayPay's SMS payments system. At the moment, it's either that or PayPal, but there might be more options available very soon.

Its asked so often I think its worth adding this to the FAQ (do new players even read that?)
