Three Kingdoms

Hello,
Im looking for people who can help me , to collaborate with me on creating a Three Kingdoms Scenario, im not good at creating borders on map so, im just hoping someone can fix the map for easier bordering, or can give better map.

ideal Features on Three Kingdoms Scenario V.1.0
> 3 big players (Shu, Wu & Wei) , + others (Lu Bu, Dong Zhuo, Yuan Shao..etc..)
>Special Scenario that really occured in History
>Imperial (no airplanes or subs)
>can be political game
