One of the best food ive tasted was a clam chowder bowl at the fishermans wharf. i had never tasted clam chowder to that degree of perfection i swear to god.
Looks like somebody's about to have their stomach pumped. I find it incredibly lazy you like a food that doesn't need to be cooked.
Funny vid.
Bro just give it a try.
And it imply more preparation than cooking actually, since u have to mix it with all the ingredients, balance them well etc... it's complicated stuff.
First off, the raw egg. Most people I know cannot handle eating eggs raw. The texture and flavor of egg whites is enough to make most people throw up. You would generally separate the yolk and serve only the yolk raw. Even then, this is hit and miss since a lot of people prefer their egg yolks cooked. In the picture it looks like they just cracked an egg over raw ground beef.
Personally, I would throw up eating the ground beef. In addition to the raw flavor, the texture and consistency of it is disgusting. I would prefer thinly sliced pieces of cured meat.

No u only serve the yolk raw indeed.
And about texture and consistency of the meat itself, precisely it's not raw meat, u eat it with capers, onion and u can add a lot of stuff.
