Casual kicks / unwanted players

Hi,

when i start a quick game i can kick player during the pick, in a casual that is not possible (most player join later during week 1) so i would like to have a option to prevent some players from joining my casuals or to kick them during the "joining" week

In quick games you can't kick once the game has started, you can only kick during country selection simply to make the game starter, not to kick trollers, they are part of the game and you have to live with that i am afraid.

The difference is, in a quick game i set Joining week to 0 and i can decide who can join and who not, in a casual it is normal to allow joining for the first week too. That is why i would like to have the option to kick during this week too.
