Incorrect most of it is imaginary money created on interest. Basically the bank gave out more I owe yous then there is actual wealth in the world.

Honestly, I read the news but dismissed it. I couldn't quite believe it had happened. How the hell does nato accept Macedonia? When the new-name treaty isn't still legally binding in both sides (especially Greece, the volatile one) nor being really considered to be truly and scrupulously enforced? Once Greece switches Governments, to a (even more) Nationalistic Government, there'll be friction between Macedonia and Greece that will end-up not weakening that small region, but the whole of the easternmost part of NATO...It's already enough that Greece and Turkey can hardly stand eachother. I swear, sometimes I don't get Europe. Forced integration really does no good.

For that to happen, you need to scrupulously respect the pre-requisites for your candidacy to be considered and evaluated, according to the EU Treaties (Maastricht? not sure right now). Not only that, but you're membership would have to be unanimous, which at the current time, will not take place, as the EU really does not want to enlarge itself with the prospect of a new economic crisis on the horizon.

At first I thought u'r right. But thinking at countries like Poland, Hungary or Romania, they joined NATO first and then the EU. So it seems security must come first from a political perspective.

There is no "imaginary" money, the money hasnt been created yet but you will still have to come up with it. And yes, your banks' out of control borrrowing and lending will cause another worldwide recession. It's just a question of when.

No interest is money not backed by anything. Its literally a system where nations will be in perpetual debt to its financial institution indefinitely. Also it has nothing to do with china as we dont buy loans from china we buy them from banks.

people move on and countries move on, portugal was once a real country too. now its a shithole, same with macedonia. Forced integration or not europe is the only continent ahead of the curve in geopolitics.

I've read what I wrote and I still can't figure out where Portugal fits in the whole equation? I was talking about Macedonia. It doesn't matter if Europe is the only continent ahead of the curve in geopolitics, forced integration in a bloc like NATO (which is what we're discussing here) when its membership is very volatile is very dubious. Same with Montenegro. The membership of those tiny countries is just an act of loyalty-bribing, basically..now I don't personally object to them entering NATO, I just don't see, in the case of Macedonia, how can they be useful besides being cannon fodder, not to mention the Greek veto-lifting does not meet consensus among the Greeks which ultimately degrades the dignity of Macedonia's membership to NATO and futurely, to Europe (hope it won't happen anytime soon). In regards to Portugal, you can claim it was a "real country" and now is a "shithole", like Macedonia, but that would make you extremely un-knowledgeful of recent History and International Diplomacy, which Portugal has a considerable and valuable weight to contribute, unlike Macedonia, for instance. in addition, our military capability and success is also much larger. I don't see how can we be a total shithole as you imply, unless you're discussing economics and society which a) is not totally true and b) not the discussion here

The economics of a country can be meh, but their diplomatic prowess can be outstanding so he may be right regarding this. Look at Hungary for eg. Also, when I have time to read his long comments they make sense and they are reasonable.

Portugal GDP per capita is three times that of Montenegro's and 20% higher than Greece's. I wouldn't be so quick to insult Portugal, there are plenty of intelligent people living there. Just like your country they got hurt badly by the 2008 recession and are trying to regain their old economic level

his comments does make sense, but then again hes acting smart on an online browser game...therefore its a loss loss for him. Hungary is different because its in the middle of europe and its trade routes, makes for a very stable politics and trade with its neighbours. it borders like what? 6 countries, 7?

How did you include Greece in the same group as the Netherlands, Ireland and Belgium? Please do clarify me on that.
I just laid out logical thinking about Macedonia, the Balkans and Portugal and called you out on a comparison and insulting that was just plainly ignorant, and they've explained it to you:
