I believe for production turns we can only produce troops (I think ottoman made similar mistake earlier when he bought troops and said he was going to attack russian army), I don't think we can do anything else (unless I'm wrong D=)

You only get 2 production from each province so a small nation like myself won't see much return on annexing province through conquest. The basically the best option available to me right now is to win land during a peace conference or get it from others.

Recruit 2 cav, and 1 art in Moldova.

Come to think of it, you would need a roll of 6 to rout meaning you would move them two spaces and they just become fodder as their max attack is three
