I haven't made tests, but this is what I know from my in-game experiences. They might be wrong, I need to test this later.
A transport's units cannot get killed as in if they were in the transport if they are unloaded same turn. Only the transports may get turnblocked. The units inside the transport do count when the turnblock chance is calculated.
The attacking stack may: 1. follow the transport(s) to where it "beached" and attack them (neutral tb) 2. Turnblock the transport(s) and attack them. (succesful tb) 3. Move to where the transport was (fail tb)
But now, that is if the transport(s) did not load units in same turn. If units were loaded same turn, the units inside may die along with the transport(s).
But I support you, as in, the units inside the transport shouldn't count when the turnblock chance is calculated.
