I can't get into any games they are either for higher level are private or go to spectator

Remember, you can always make ur own.

Stay in beginner's lobby for now and don't go into the main lobby. By doing so, you should not face a problem with ranks being too high. You can't do anything about private games; and you just gotta wait for a new game to start. Remember, that if you join a game and you are a spectator it may be possible to still join as the people in the game may still be picking countries and what not.
