Default Match rules:
Game Type*: Quick game
Map: Europe
Turn duration: 2mins
Starting funds: 5k
Maximum players*: 2
Joining until week*: 0
Victory*: Capture player capital and hold for at least 2 turns
Game duration: 50turns
Rares: None
Initial countries: 1
Extra cities: On
Allow rejoining*: Off

Additional rules:
- The above match rules are default: If both players agree on other gamerules (like other turn duration, map, initial countries or both players don't have premium), then it is allowed to change the default rules. Rules marked with * are non-negotiable
- If there are players with serval accounts; you can enter the tournament with just ONE of them. Entering the tournament with more accounts will lead to disqualification on all accounts.

It will stay 2 times knock-out system, just like in previous editions. Players with the highest ranks get first picks in the seedings. If i got too many signups (means, more then 64 and less then 128) then i will make a 'qualification round'. More information will be posted on 10June.

The signup will close on 9 June. The brackets will be made on 10 June. There is a limit of 64players (unless a whole lot more sign up). So be quick, or you might end up on the reservelist.

Ask mods or admins if they can transfer ...i think 400 PC for a general ...from mine to your account and get yourself a general.

I think this is the best solution. You can ask other ppl to not use it, but I cannot force ppl into not using premium features or upgrades.

I think 2 minute turns should be mandatory. I don't get why people are allowed to make up their own game settings in tournaments at all. Even if both participants agree, it's supposed to be a 2 minute turns tournament, so let it be one.

Whats the problem in allowing 4mins if both side's agree on it? I don't see the problem. And some rules (like +100 cities) are only available for premium users, so i cannot force players to play with these rules.

If that was possible VRIL, i would really love it. The problem is timezones and inactivity of some players. You have seen how this goes in other tournaments and its too hard to get everything done in a couple of weeks. I was planning to play a complete round in 1 week, and have another week for players who didn't catch up. That means 2 weeks for everyround. I hope you join, but this is all that i think is possible.

The idea was to restore the old 'standard' settings. It is Europe (not Europe+). But for 5k, i guess this is more fun (and makes Ukraine less OP).
