Big ocean transport

For the world map or pacific map they are defenitly nessesary... but they must be reduced to the big oceans...
another possibility to solve this problem would be to create a new strategy... likewise to blitzkrieg but just focusing on transport movement...
something like -2movement range to all non transport units exept air units and +3movement range to transport units
or there can be an upgrade increasing the range +1 (or 0.5) per movement oversea. It would be set back at the coast...
or what about having a deep water range and a coastal range... that would limit the range for smaller seas but oceans would "shrunk"


thinking about this the same could be done with airplanes using the jetstream...
and to make it fair using these advantages if chosen will decrease the defence...
