Hi,

when I read the manual I noticed there are no bonuses for bigger stacks. It seems even when I attack 10 to 1, then 9 guys will be watching. Just to be sure, there is no advantage to numbers in this game when fighting?

And if this is true, then the only tactical combat relevant option I have is to maximize the effect of attacking and defending position?

ThanksChris

Uh from my experience I am fairly sure attacking and defending in larger stacks will yield fewer casualties, havent't got a game mechanics response but yeah.

Their isn't any advantage to number , every unit will fight the opposite unit ... 1 vs1 the others will watch the fight exactly as empire total war xDD

There is a huge advantage to numbers, and that is called turn-block.

The manual is a term of speech, an actual book does not exist (and if one was created by the community I would not dare to read it).

What you're looking for is the information in the FAQ section (look under help at the top right of any page on the website). This explains everything that needs to be known about AW (except banlists).
