If there are more and more people, more being born than those dying, and children getting more weight as they grow - does that mean Planet Earth is heavier each moment?

If you take into consideration only that parametar then no, its not getting heavier, only way for it to get heavier is by getting hit with objects from space

Energy and matter are only circulating on earth , they cant come to be or dissapear they just take in one or other form of energy or matter.
Like cive said the only way earth could get heavier is if something from outer space came on earth , in our case sunlight but it has almost nonexistant mass so no.

European continent is getting heavier, obesity is rampant aswell as mass immigration from middle east
